Overview
The Invesco Americas Distribution Symposium is an exclusive, invitation‑only internal corporate event bringing together the firm’s financial professionals, ETF experts, and senior leadership from across the Americas. The annual event, is designed to foster strategic alignment and industry cohesion, the symposium focused on navigating complex market challenges through collaboration, insight sharing, and forward‑looking planning. The event experience needed to feel premium, cohesive, and highly functional across multiple touchpoints.
My Role & Involvement
I collaborated closely with a US based art director to develop a comprehensive suite of on‑site event materials that supported the theme which focused on “Playing to win” and “Team on teams”, brand consistency and attendee experience. My mandate included the design and production of key event assets such as:
• Hotel key card holders
• Name tags and event materials
• Wayfinding and directional signage
This required close cross‑border collaboration, alignment with Invesco brand standards, and careful consideration of usability within a fast‑paced, multi‑day event environment.
Solution & Results
The final execution delivered a cohesive, polished visual experience that reinforced Invesco’s brand while improving clarity and navigation for attendees. Thoughtful wayfinding reduced friction throughout the venue, while branded touchpoints such as key card holders and badges elevated the overall perception of the event. The integrated approach ensured consistency across all materials and contributed to a seamless, professional experience aligned with the symposium’s strategic objectives.
