Invesco Hyderabad Office Rebrand
Global Workplace Branding & Environmental Design In progress - design phase contribution
Role: Visual strategist | Art Director | Global Brand Steward
Project Overview
Invesco’s Hyderabad office is relocating to a new building, creating an opportunity to define the workplace experience from the ground up. The project focuses on establishing a clearly identifiable “Invesco” look and feel, aligned with global office standards and anchored to the Atlanta office as the brand benchmark.
The Challenge
With a blank canvas, the challenge was to translate Invesco’s established workplace identity into a new region—ensuring the space felt consistent with other global offices while remaining functional and appropriate for the local context. Maintaining brand discipline across a large, multi-floor environment required clear direction early in the design process.
My Approach
Led recurring working group meetings with stakeholders, interior designers, and the brand team to review concepts and align on direction. Design decisions were evaluated through a brand lens—using Invesco’s head office in Atlanta as the global reference—to ensure consistency in colour, materials, furnishings, and branded touchpoints.
The Solution
Provided brand‑led guidance across interior design, wayfinding, and accessibility elements to ensure a cohesive and inclusive workplace experience. Recommendations included refinements to furnishings, materials, colour application, and spatial intent, as well as review of wayfinding, signage, and accessibility icons to support clarity, usability, and global consistency.
Result
A clear, cohesive design direction established early in the project, reinforcing a recognizable Invesco workplace experience across floors and shared spaces.
(Project continues beyond my involvement.)
